Get in touch!

Saturday 12 November 2011

Im sorry...

Okay, I know, I said I would have lots of time for blogging..
and that was a massive lie...
The past month or so have been sooo hectic, and I have had virtually no time for myself, which means no time for blogging :(
I can't promise  I will be posting a new blog every week, but I will pop up here and there, and tell you about my life, what I've bought recently and lots of other random bits!

I have to say I missed blogging a lot, and whenever I have free time, I am either sleeping, doing homework/coursework, going out with friends or eating comfort food and watching tv in my pj's.

So, as I am here, I wanted to talk to you about Fantasy Shopper, an amazing website that the lovely and amazing Brogan has introduced me to, and the least I can say is that I am ADDICTED!!!

If you use this link then you would be helping me get further up in the community, which means I can help others :)

Fantasy Shopper is basically a website which allows you to view lots of different stores' clothing items, and buy them (virtually) with the allowance they give you.

If you want to know more, use my link, and you can login with your Facebook account, and they show you a tutorial! :)

Righty, it's very late in my household, so I best be off!

Who's a (slightly) clever girl then?

Holá mi amigos

So yes, this is ANOTHER blog post from me!
:O Shocking or what!?!

Anyway, on my last post I told you that I would make a different post for my GCSE results...
Well, I passed :) (But i'm going to leave the juicy grades till last!)

Thursday, 25th August, 2011

8:15 AM - Woken up with a nice hot choccie and a few biccies :)
(oh, how I love my mum! :D )

8:30 AM - Get out of shower, Nearly have a heart attack while brushing my teeth, then change into the first thing I pulled out of my wardrobe.

8:45 AM - Slap on a bit of mascara and concealer, chuck my ugg boots on, and go and pick up my friend.

9:00 AM - Arrive at the main entrance.
Nearly wet myself because I saw people coming outside who looked really dissapointed :(

9:05 AM - meet my form tutor in the projection room.
Get handed my results in a sealed white envelope.
.....

Okay, okay, okay... I'll tell you!

Religious Studies (short course) = A*
Religious Studies = A
English Language = A
English Literature = A
Welsh = B ( :O!! )
Home Economics = B
Science = B
Maths = B
History = C
Geography = C (foundation tier)

I was so pleased with myself, as I had revised so much, so I ended up bursting into tears.
The head teacher came over and said how proud of me she was because she knew that I could get those sort of results. My form teacher was crying with me, and also, my friend came blubbering over to me.
I swear it was like an onion had been shoved in our eyes!

I went over to the head of sixth form, who was also my English teacher for the past two years, and she said how happy she was for me that I got TWO A's!!!
We went through all of my results, and then she asked me what A levels I would like to take.

I chose;
-ICT
-Health & Social Care
-Religious Studies

I only took three because I know that I am not capable of doing four subjects, and Welsh Baccalaureate, as it wouldn't leave me ANY time for myself or for me to revise during my free periods.

When I was walking back to my car, I rang my Mum.
She wanted me to list off what I got.
I told her all of my results and she screamed because she was so excited :)

When I got back home, my mum and dad surprised me with personalised 'well done' cards, and a 100ml bottle of Juicy Couture's 'Viva La Juicy' perfume! :)

My mum was astonished with my results, because all of my exams had actually been AWFUL!

So, to sum up my life in the past few days;
I started Sixth Form College, but it was my school that i had attended for years 7-11, on Monday 5th September, and I LOVED IT! People have much more respect for you, and teachers actually treat you like adults.
I have spoken to so many people, who were in my school during other years, and have made more friends than ever before!
I have been put into a form that only has my 2 best friends in. This suits me to the floor but there are also other people, the 'snooty' people, who I have realised are so lovely, and friendly!
Tuesday was the best day. I had two free periods together, and loads of different people were with me and my besties in the library, including boys that used to be so immature.

It's so funny how people have grown up over the summer and exams.

Oh well. :)

I know that this post won't interest everyone, but I hope you enjoyed my hectic life over the past few weeks!

Going to write a new post, which will be uploaded in a few days (hopefully!!)

See you soon!

I own up...

Holá mi amigos

So, yes, I own up.
I have not posted in almost a month D:
Urmm, sorry?

Seriously, though. I'm sorry :(

I have had so much on my plate, some of which, i shall list below;

- stress of my GCSE results, and wondering what I would do if i didn't get into my chosen sixth form!
(if you're wondering what I got, i will do a blog post on it :D )
- I went on holiday after my GCSE results for 5 days, and I relaxed with my family!
(there will be another blog post on that as well!)
- Going out with my friends, some of which I will not see in a very long time :(
- I had a cold, which made me lie in bed, with ice cream, and a blankey (with chick flicks!)

BUT!!!

Now I am in sixth form, I do have free lessons, which I either do homework in, or hang out in the library weeing off the librarian! D:
I will try to take my macbook and write up blogs in advance :)

I do have an amazingly outdated primani (primark), MAC, and models own haul, would you all still be interested in reading this tired, old post?? (leave a comment! It makes my day :D! )

Just a quick update though! :)

Speak to you all soon!

Holá mi amigos

So as some of you may know, my birthday was last Saturday, the 13th, and I had lots of lovely and  gorgeous presents!
The presents I have shown are off my Mum & Dad, Sister, Aunt & Uncle, Gran & Grandad, Nan, Cousin and friends!
There are a few other presents that I forgot to take pictures of, so I will include them at the bottom of the post! :)

Two things that I didn't show you were 2 tickets to the Wales vs Argentina rugby game, because I love watching rugby!, and a Cath Kidston Spot Overnight Bag, in slate!

Right, that's all folks! Tomorrow I am going to Cardiff and am going to splurge ALOT, which will probably include something from MAC! :D

Sorry about the delayed post, I was very busy, but don't worry, early next week there will hopefully be a new post for ya!

Just a quickie...

Holá mi amigos

So this is a quick update just to let you know what has been going on in my life recently! :)

  1. My birthday was on Saturday, the 13th, and from then on I have been very busy, busy, busy!
  2. I have had lots of friends down, many family visiting for my birthday etc. and all of my time was taken to get ready for visitors, go out with friends/family and have fun! (I really cannot complain!)
  3. I have been lacking in funds as I wasn't old enough to have a proper job, and get proper wages. BUT, seeing as my birthday always stocks up my purse, I can now go out shopping, and not worry about how much I spend! :)
  4. I've been quite lazy, and have been lying in bed until the late morning (which is not like me at all! Im much more of an early bird!)
Right, now all of that is off my chest, I can reveal what my next post will be, and what you can expect in the near future!

Next post up: What I got for my 16th Birthday

Posts you should expect : Hauls (seeing as more money has entered my life!), NOTD ((nails of the day) lately I have been in love with changing my nail polish every 3-4 days, which must be a record for me!), YouTube channels that I follow and My Favourite Bloggers! :D

I hope to speak to you all soon! :)

My lengthy wishlist...

Holá mi amigos

So today i'm going to be sharing my wishlist with you, and yes, this post will also be a long'un! Go and grab a cuppa, and come back to gawp at my many wants/needs (not really needed, I'm just saying that to have a reason to buy it!)

Firstly I shall start with handbags.
I am an avid "collector" of handbags, and at one point in my life I counted over 30 beautiful junk-holders before my eyes. From then I realised that I would never need over 30 bags, and I would never use them, so I gave some to charity and threw some out because they were disgusting inside :O
But, sadly to my mothers ears, I have, again, built up my collection and am wanting some new "trophies" for my arm. My birthday is coming up in a few days (if this gets uploaded before it) and I am hoping for a new addition to my collection. So, here it goes. A lotta pics coming up!
